The college principle, John Madinda, is pioneering the introduction of a Diploma programme in Mission and Development at St Phillips, a two year programme based on OCMS material. The college has the capacity to host such a programme and sufficient faculty to teach the theology element of the course. It is proposed that for the development elements, external lecturers would be employed.
Hand in Hand are working in partnership with St Philip's to find ways in which to fund the starting of this important course.
